In order to book a tour, the following payment is required:
- A deposit for the Tour Guide fees and cost of transportation.
- The entire cost of the pre-booked tickets.
- A detailed deposit amount will be sent by email.
- The remaining balance can be paid at the end of the tour to your official guide.
- Only Euro currency is accepted for the payment of the balance.
Cancellation Policy:
- For a cancellation received via email 30 days before the tour date, the refund is the 100% of the total sum sent as a deposit.
- For a cancellation received via email less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the tour date, the refund is 50% of the deposit with no refund for tickets.
- No refunds for a cancellation received 7 days or less before the tour date or on the tour date.
- No refund in case of bad weather. We will modify the itinerary and adjust it to the weather.
- Mailing charges for refunds are at your cost.
